What gets listed, in what order, and what never appears on this site.
No casino or operator pays for a listing, for a position on a page or for the content of a profile. The site carries no advertising and no affiliate links. Venues are listed alphabetically, by province and city, or by distance from you — never by payment.
Venues come from the lists published by regulators and operators, not from a selection of favourites, and the register grows province by province. A venue is published once its own pages give at least a handful of facts: a page with nothing to say helps no one.
Facts about the venue come from its own website, its operator or its regulator, each with its quote. What we work out from them, such as whether the venue is open right now or the price of an hour of play, is labelled as such. We do not publish ratings, rankings, visitor counts or promotions. Links to reviews on Google Maps and Tripadvisor let you read visitors’ opinions there.
When an entry turns out to be wrong, it is corrected, and its quote shows the day it was last checked. If you spot an error, use “Spotted a mistake on this page?” at the bottom of that page, or the form on Contact. We use reports to check entries against their sources; they are not published.
Every profile shows the helpline of its province and the self-exclusion programs that cover that venue, where we have a checked source for them. All of them, province by province, are on Responsible gaming.
